Full Speed Ahead to the Holidays!

Today, I’m looking out the window at the beautiful yellow leaves floating on a gentle breeze and shimmering with the touch of bright sunlight. Which reminds me that we’re already into the Fall/Holiday season, so full of fun activities and celebrations.

Having 80-degree weather on Halloween is pretty unusual, but at least for once my grandgirls don’t have to cover up over their costumes!

Even with Halloween behind us, it’s full steam ahead until Christmas! This coming weekend is full of activities for me as well. For example…

Friday – I’m filming a spot for local cable BPTV that will air sometime next week. More details to follow. I’ll be painting alongside Maria from Maria’s Ideas and Allen Levine as we work through one of my photos from the trip Tom and I took along Skyline Drive.

Saturday – You can find me at John McMillan Presbyterian Church in Bethel Park for their Christmas Affair Craft Show from 9 am to 2 pm.

Sunday – Then, to round the jam-packed weekend, I’ll be at the Washington County Trolley Museum, which has been supportive of my work for many years. This Sunday, I’ll be giving presentations about my paintings of Pittsburgh and its trolleys at 1 and 2 pm, followed by an artist signing (that’s me!). Stick around afterwards for a Q&A session, print signing, and opportunities to purchase both holiday and regular keepsakes featuring my artwork.

The event is included with regular admission to the museum. You can learn more about it at https://pa-trolley.org/event/afternoon-with-an-artist/

All in all, it’s a super busy time… and it will only get busier!

I hope to see you at my events! If you need that timeless, unique gift of memories, that’s what my career has been based on.

Best always – and Happy Halloween!
