Hi, it’s Linda!
As promised, I will be mailing the calendars out this week! From the bottom of my heart, I want to thank all of you who ordered one or several as gifts. I never imagined that we would sell so many in the first month. Thank you for making it possible!
Now also as promised, we have a winner! The rules were for each calendar ordered you would receive a chance to win $250.00 toward my art and gifts. In this case, the winner had four chances to win!
Drumroll please…
Our lucky winner is Marilyn Markoff! Marilyn has been a faithful collector of my work for more years than I can remember. When I called to tell her the good news, she was kind enough to start the conversation by asking about my granddaughter, Abigail. After that conversation, she told me, “I bought some of your calendars.” I said, “I know, and thank you very much! You’re the winner of the $250.00 contest!”

This promotion has been a lot of fun for me. Even Tom got into it, finding tickets with a smiley face on them! My daughter Brittany was kind enough to organize everything while we were away, and we’ve been working night and day to get them ready to appear in your mailboxes! BTW, I promise I truly didn’t peek when I drew the lucky ticket!
So now that the calendars are packaged, I’ll be turning my attention to next week’s Picklesburgh Festival, July 16-19. This year the Briney Bazaar (our group of artists and crafters) has been moved again! I’ve enclosed a map from their website of the festival locations.

We will be across the Clemente Bridge on the North Shore at Allegheny Landing. It’s a small park between both the Roberto Clemente and Andy Warhol bridges on the North Shore. You can see it as the little green box at the end of the bridges on the map. A perfect stopover as you go from one bridge to another!
Tom and I checked it out, and I guarantee it will be very refreshing to stop by and visit us, as we’ll be under trees in the shade!
If you’re going to the festival, I would love to see you!

One of the fun things we did on our last day of vacation was stop at Bronner’s Christmas store in Frankenmuth, MI for a little Christmas in July. I thought I had a lot of ornaments! There is something for everyone. I know soon I will blink, and suddenly it will be the Holiday Season!
Have a great week!
